I think it's more a case of a lot of new players (younger) coming in and maybe not blending with the "old guard" it happens in a lot clubs (not always football related), it can divide a dressing room.

I think that is a possibility, something doesn't seem as united behind the scenes, Cris doesn't look himself of late and of course on the pitch no unity there
