We are way off it IMO and it appears to me that Selles has been given the Slav treatement in terms of not the squad he needs

Im starting to worry that the yankydoddles are more Captain Underpants than Marvel Studios Captain america


The signings we have made so far have been quite poor IMO at least when you compare them to others around us
Norwich and Derby are both spending £10 Mill on strikers fo comparison

I like louie barry but to not get him with a view to a permananet is rather poor IMO espeially when hull were in for a permanent deal the week before

We are also massiveley short we have lost proven top end champ Players Brewster/BBD/JRS/Holding/Souza/Choudhury

We have 1 fit Centre mid on the books in Peck Hamer is knackered after 50 minutes Ohare is a 10 or an 8 at a push and Davies & Arblaster can't be relied upon until proven otherwise

Selling Vini was a mistake but I’d hoped by now for 4 say 5 million pound marquee signings. We are going on punts so far and doesn’t fill you with a lot of hope.

That was an absolute disaster of a signing and whoever decided/ sanctioned it was 'stupid' his goal ratio wasn't great and half of the collective were 'pens'. This isn't even hindsight- me & my mates said this at the time but...

Give Ruben Selles £40 million and I'd bet my house on it he could find 4 £10 million pound European pearls.
