Didn’t celebrate his own much either, though did look like he was stretching just before the pen is taken, had an interrupted pre season so perhaps just tiredness? He got stuck in with the handbags at the end and infact carried on with someone (maybe fletcher) once peck had been moved away

He offered a fair bit, didn’t shirk any challenges, got about the pitch and created a great chance for Brewster, won the pen, scored… that’ll do me.

I don’t see owt here other than a player who’s just been upended for the pen waiting for it to hit the back of the net.
As said above, looked like he was stretching a bit & perhaps took a bit of a knock in the challenge so waiting a bit rather than charging over.
He was OK last night. Couple of bits of lovely footwork, a few nice turns & passes - as well as a few not so good moments.
I’d like to see more of him as there looks as if there’s a very good footballer in there low on confidence.

Nothing wrong with his application last night and covered alot of ground , may not have been noticeable to those watching on tv but was for those there.
Never stopped trying to move the play forward, didn't get too many chances to go past people but was out wide with half an eye on the next coulibaly bombscare .
Definitely a squad place this season.

He was playing in the danish league before us to be fair, wasn’t exactly a coveted young talent on the continent.

He needs to do a lot better, a couple of decent moments in the early rounds of the league cup is nothing Luton Shelton and even Geoff Horsfield didn’t manage for us.
