Hope it's OK to post this here, it seemed the best place to spread the word.
My 2 year old niece has a heart condition called Tetralogy of Fallot and when she was about 6 months old she underwent open heart surgery; thankfully she came through it after a long stay in hospital. She's now a thriving toddler and her parents are constantly looking at ways to raise money for the Childrens Heart Surgery Fund.
They're currently auctioning off a signed SUFC 125 year anniversary shirt and are looking for any bidders. As mentioned in the below post, it would make an ideal Christmas present if anyone is interested:
