"..towards the bottom, clubs with little commercial clout – primarily the likes of Burnley and Bournemouth – have been handed a lifeline against threats to their Premier League status from sides who have just come up. One of their biggest sources of income is now fair game for boosting their squad in the short-term.
It may not sound that exciting, but Short Term Cost Control’s passing has changed the dynamic in next season’s Premier League."

We were already likely to have the lowest wage bill in the division so nothing really changes in that regard.

Removing the wage spending ceiling for bigger clubs, puts even more pressure on CW/AK to find some real quality at Poundland. Meanwhile Manyoo can spend a bit more than they expected in Harrods....

WTF

Our commercial department needs to get their fingers out, maybe with the correct lube they would have done so already.
Without this we're going into the Premiership dry!

Maybe why Manure put garlic paste on the desso.

Wonder if they have an official global garlic partner.

Sponsor everything, lube everything, lots to be considered in this PL malarky.

We need a lube partner because we're going to get shafted unless we make some good signings quick.

Thanks. Interesting to see an insight into how the finances work at this level, It's going to be a bit of a challenge I think.

Also goo to read something on here that isn't posters begging for a signing to be made today and all the other nonsense going on.
