I’m sure I heard that the plan was to move all except first team facilities to the new site, and upgrade Shirecliffe for first team only. Maybe that’s an interim plan until we can get everything up and running under one roof?

May as well build all the lot at Norton and sell Shirecliffe to Mr Chansiri for £30m. I think that dummy would fall for it, gotta be better than a blow up tent.
Except he doesn't have 30 million

Are there any remaining aspects of Bramall lane where money needs to be spent so it isn't far below other traditional ground in the division? I'm thinking Selhurst park, Goodison etc. where established premier league teams have been playing for a long time.

No, that's not right. My piggy mate (who is the fountain of all knowledge on all things porcine) says that the dolphin-killer has "loads of money but the nasty EFL won't let him spend it"

Aye that's why he put a tea towel over the away end rather than cladding or paint.
That's why the Owl sign fell off the end of the Kop
That's why players wages were under paid in December

Spending on facilities doesn't count against Fair Play. Nor does spending on a women's team. But South Barnsley really need new players. And that does.

I've told him about those things at every possible opportunity 😃

Based on what they've achieved when he has spent money, I'd suggest he doesn't spend his money on any more crap! Obviously from a personal point of view I hope he does spend again, it won't lead to any success!

New training facilities and ground improvements have been on the agenda for a while but the court case had put things on the back burner. Now that's over and we're no longer in league one, we'll start to see things happen.

Played a footie tournament in there when I was doing the Tony Currie summer school once
Me too. Remember Simon Tracey handing out the awards (not to me sadly), and thinking he wasn't very tall for a keeper. Also had weird Jean's on. The things you remember...

*jeans. Bloody auto correct

I'm sure if they had a quiet word with the Sheffield council they could get Graves park, it would be quicker for the council than this selling it off in bits....
