In one of the Berge clips Hendo is heard talking about a new building. 2 things from this.

1/ If we're building then presumably we'll keep the site on.

2/ Why does Hendo care about how good it'll be.

His uncle is a builder and has submitted a very competative quote. £32m and we also keep his nephew.

Surely we wouldn't build on Shirecliffe? It's too small, unless we can buy the land next to it. I don't know what it is though, could be public land or something.

On one of the videos showing Berge during his first day I am sure you could hear Henderson telling him that they were building a new facility there, pointing to the site where it would be. Could be wrong though.

I doubt they could build on there, it’s Roe Wood. Spent my youth in there, fishing, BMXing, rope swinging and motorbike scrambling.

I thought it looked like a wooded area.

I think we'll turn Shirecliffe into a youth development thing and make a new Swansea style complex. Maybe McBurnie has the number for the builder haha

We’re Premier League, we’ll do what the fuck we like and when we like!

It’s protected woodland and is on a massive slope...although there used to be a school in the middle of it in the 90s so there is some flat land in the middle of it.

If the Norton site is viable it’ll be built there and Shirecliffe will be sold for housing.

It's looking very tired on the recent social media videos.

Our facilities are embarrassing compared to some other PL clubs.

Standards have improved a lot since we built our facility.
Think Wilder once said its lower end Championship standard.
So we don’t even have average Championship standard facilities.

Wilder has told the Prince his top priority regards infrastructure is to upgrade the training facilities.
So it’s good to see that the Prince has listened and is taking immediate action.

Didn't the Prince's daughter or daughter in law say it was shite when she trained with the women's team?

If we went all in for the site at Norton (which I think we should do i.e. we make it the place for first team and academy training so the academy lads are mingling and seeing the first team on a daily basis), we should either keep on the Shirecliffe site specifically for the SUFC ladies team.

We shouldnt contemplate selling / helping to the Pigs in any way shape or form, unless Charlie Chansiri offers us ridiculous money. Don't give Wendy a fkin thing. Fuk em.

Where’s the logic , no point paying the costs of 2 sites. When the point is Shirecliffe isn’t big enough to house the 1st, women and all academy age groups. Get a site big enough and keep em all in the same building

I also like the fact we have the facility basically in their backyard. It’d be like Wednesday having a training ground at Heeley Green.
