When did Watford become the fucking Galacticos?? They’re an average Championship team with a rookie manager. Some of you have a proper inferiority complex.
I think it's just a hangover from last season. We haven't signed a squad that will easily brush the league aside so any team with an alright side look like someone who could turn us over.

A few on here don't seem to deal with competition or defeat very well. I don't wish to be the bearer of bad news but we will lose some games this season, yknow, like every single season ever before.

Shame about Brooks, but I like this starting 11.

Souttar and Anel together will be interesting. Hopefully they have a good game to keep Robinson on the bench for a while when he returns.

Nope, genuinely do think that the fan base is way, way more pessimistic on average than others. You just need to read the "must buy more players or we're fucked" straw-clutching posts from some people when we have any position where we don't have at least three players with over 200 Championship appearance, I do wonder how some of them sleep at night

It’s too early to say it’s a must win for the team this season but I think it’s a huge game for Wilder today I sense more and more fans are becoming sceptical that it’s going to work out for him this time, he badly needs a win.
Those sceptical fans need to realise that it takes a while to build a new team that can challenge for promotion. Last time Wilder managed in the Championship it took him two seasons to get out. First season was a top half finish, and that's what I am hoping for this time. Anything better is a bonus.

For me Wlder should have this season and next to show what his team can do. We will lose plenty of games along the way, but there shouldn't be huge pressure on Wilder if our league record is W1 D2 L1 after today.

I’m sure Wilder will be sending the majority of the play down the right wing especially early and attack Larouchi, he’s hopeless.

The concussion rule is fucking stupid
Footballers are well paid and know the risks when they become players
Snowflake rules for a snowflake generation
Pathetic
Literally just this week a Aussie cricketer had to retire as he kept on getting concussions due to ignoring them when younger and now he gets them really easily.

Of course your years in medical School might mean you know better.

Larouci with a new haircut as well. Didn't even recognise him at first.
