good half, played so well the game should be over by now. espically shouldve been 2-0 up after 3 minutes

& they say the football evens itself out. but it clearly doesnt. because by boro ref standards we should've had a penalty with all the grappling & holding at all our corners. is it there no2 the bald one basically takes i think souza hostage every time. nothing happens

Started well, but we've allowed Preston the chance of slowing play down with niggly fouls and time wasting.

Need more energy 2nd half to stretch and expose their defence. I'd swap BBD and Hamer too - we're lacking width down the right as BBD is encouraged to drift inside, where Hamer would do better with crossing opportunities. BBD cutting in off the left keeps the space for Burrows. Alternatively we could bring Seriki on to provide the width.

Hamza is an adequate RB, but he plays like he's in the PL. Which he absolutely is not.

Sh! team and tactics as always.
SO predictable.
If Hecky CANNOT exploit Wilders manifold weaknesses he is not much better.
However he did NOT see the need to modify tactics (quick enough) after losing two key players last year.
1. Choudhury parasite player.
2. OHare lightweight muppet.
Should be nowhere near team unless in extremis.
Two key players
HAMER (wide left)
BBD wide not central up front.
out of position no doubt.

No width when two outstanding left wingers/siders sat on bench Brooks and Jesus (although print is so small FFS)

Can someone explain to me why partly fit players - even in same position - can only END the game when the clog is dished out re risk of two booking rather than the start which are often fencing matches.
Especially when we have pre-picked subs at 60 minutes every game anyway!

Fluky win as most weeks will do fine. For now.

ps - do NOT like warm sunny afternoons for football but it should not make a difference
re 1. Perfect watered pitches
2. We never try to attack anyway just endlessly play out time at the back.
3. They played midweek - we did not.
MUCH better than expected.
Played normally.
Must be a grudge match.
Sitter missed by Campbell and through ball.
OHare neat and tidy - but as potent as the harem eunoch,
BBD useless on right - get OHare off him up top.
Harmer on right Rack Saki or Brookes left.
Two choices to get parasite stroller Choudhury off.
Either Holding to right CB and Anel RB or swap Seriki if can last 45/50 (plus TomDavis is RWB in a 5.)
Freekicks left side by Burrows - WTF - imbecilic.
Corners still shite as all season in presumably planned shambles. As likely to score as OHare FFS.

Just realised Riis plays for them, can't see why we'd be in for him on this performance. Pretty much a bystander

No atmosphere, more noise watching bowls
