Well I expect a great performance here. Much better, that much is the expectation. The reality, however, remains to be seen.

This, only recently, was expected to be the clash of the top two.

How things change.

Winners could still go top if other results are favourable too.

This result could be a real indicator of strength of squad, strength of coaches and players' minds and a barometer for the rest of the season.

It's the hope that kills you!

Happy with a draw and a good performance from this. We need to arrest the slide and move in the right direction. Going to be tricky with the number of injuries and players lacking match fitness.

A big performance and a win wouldn't surprise me here, its overdue. It would keep Heckeh in a job for another 6 months. Dean Smith is a really average manager though so should have far too much for him

I want to believe otherwise but I can only see us getting a sound thrashing… I’ve seen nothing recently to suggest otherwise… could turn toxic today at the Lane

Sorry..another loss today. Team not gelling, not a "team" if you like. Injuries, changes, confidence or whatever, the Blades are not doing well. God knows the answer, but he's busy so its up to The Heckster....oh boy. 1-0 defeat, penalty missed again. Fkin h, I'm defeatest...I need a good result and I need it today

Blades 3 Windmill Crunching Time Wasting Marsh Dwellers 2. 😀

Just getting a clean sheet feels crucial at the minute. If that comes with a win then terrific.

Agreed. We need to sort the defending out and then progress from there. 0-0 not the worst result today.

Disagree. In my opinion, focussing on defence to try and make up for the injuries to defenders / errors at the back is part of the reason we've dipped.

Go 4 at the back because we don't have the players for 352, pick the 4 most solid available defenders (Baldock, Anel, Egan, Robinson imo) and instruct those defenders to not cross the halfway line unless going up for a corner.

Give the attackers license to create.

You can only keep one clean sheet per game. When that objective goes up in smoke, what happens next?

Scoring twice is more likely to win a game of football than a clean sheet. We're at home and should be looking to take the game to the opponent, whoever it is.

No issues if we draw or lose a game we tried to win. Huge problems if we lose a game we tried to not lose.

who knows what on earth we are going to get today. isnt it a top of league clash with 2 teams with bottom of the league form, hope we dont get any more injuries. but coventry was disappointing playing bottom of the league, yet we were so poor & negative until the hour marrk. it just didnt make sense

although considering the last 2 Saturday's have ending in angry scenes, norwich at home doesnt bode well. but hopefully this time angus gunn doesnt wind the kop up for 90 mins & then play the victim. when bonfire he poured petrol on gets out of control

Maybe the few last games are just Heckys mind games and Norwich now thinks we are weak, but instead we strike them with full force leaving just the socks rollin on their feet. Or maybe the reality is what it is and we will have another injury on a key player, do 1 sub at 85th min and let the whole fan base (not just forum) wonder "What the Heck is going on!?"

Pukki will score, but do we score and how many?
I try to be positive and say it's 2-1 for us, Brewster and Ndiaye scoring!

I wouldn't have picked this team if I had 1,000 goes at it. Definition of insanity.
