thats a sickener new manager same results. so annoying as i thought it was decent for 65mins, charlton danger came in very quick bursts.

we got so much worse following Cannon & Barry coming on. although it was very wet. you couldn't keep losing the ball in defensive third, eventually cost us

That was pathetic. Worst performance of the season so far. Ipswich was awful but at least we were away and were up against a decent side that's spent money.

Today we've been picked off by a team who were organised and worked harder than us. That's all they needed to be.

Today wasn't about Selles just like the last 6 games weren't about Wilder - but what the FUCK was that team selection and set up? Do we have to score own goals on purpose and fight with each other before someone sees that midfield doesn't work in any way, shape or form? They created nothing and offered no defensive protection - but we shit scared of looking like we're going for it in case we look silly. Boohoo, have some balls and go for it.

Also we're at home, why are we playing one up front? Playing 451 at home has been enough to turn the crowd against managers in the past. It's not like we're doing it to accommodate a creative midfield who make up for the lack of attacking outlet.

Finally, we can all think what we like about Cannon and I don't rate him either, but we are making sure he doesn't turn it round by giving him 10 mins on the wing with no support. Play the cunt and cross the ball in. If it doesn't work then deal with it, move him on and take the hit. Just do something about it FFS!

Fuck Cannon off for good. Tell him to go shopping for a year so Widler can’t keep trying to justify him like Brewster and we might have a chance. Fuck off with the 4231. Campbell so static all game, barely made a run (whether the ball would have arrived is a different matter). Cannon looks a complete busted flush and it’s not like he’s not been given a chance since arriving but has shown the square root of fuck all. Peck constantly giving the ball away and leaving us exposed at the back.

The midfield just isn’t balanced with it somehow managing to not provide enough defensive cover whilst also not providing enough assistance to the striker(s).

Got to prey that Ings comes in and proves to be a decent target man for us and that Sumares firms up the midfield.
