What was the difference with that challenge and the challenge on Osborne at brighton

great goal from macca
ive been really disapointed with him today but showed his class there

That ladies and gents was a night and day performance from previous games. Competitive in midfield, defenders throwing themselves at shots, following the runners, confident and calm with the ball and no hoofing it. Who said Wilder won't make a difference. So far , so good

A decent first half that considering our recent standards. Well done boys!

Excellent first half, Limited them to a couple of half chances, they're lucky, very lucky, not to be a man down, especially when the same player got away with a challenge on Brooke's earlier, I thought Trusty, Hamer and Souza had a fabulous first half, and that strike from mcatee was world class and a challenger for December's goal of the month

Half time thoughts :

How the fuck is Onyeka still on the field? He should have been booked for taking out Brooks when he nutmegged him and he should have got a red for the over the ankle tackle on Souza. Yet we’re led to believe that the tackle by Lundstram at Brighton was a red and Robbo’s tackle against Newcastle with the same ref was a foul and a yellow.

Same parallel he managed to give handball against McAtee when it wasn’t at all, it hit his shoulder, yet he was ok to not give handball against Anthony Gordon when his handball kept the ball in and also when the handball by Scharr led to a corner Newcastle scored from.

Furthermore, almost gave them a chance at a goal from a corner because the dopey twat running the line can’t see a blatantly obvious offside.

The level of incompetence and consistency is just dreadful and on each and every occasion it is one way.

Well done McAtee. Scoring a worldy is probably the only way the ref will not give a decision against us!

It's been night&day and it has become from playing different format with different players.
First game of the season we don't have Nordwood nor Fleck in team sheet and it's 1-0 HT.

Too bad Hecky was too much himself about keeping everything unchanged and repeated same game after game.
It would had been better to have games that look like this and the game vs Liverpool instead of what we got from past month(s).

Hopefully he will take some notes from this and become better version of himself in the future.
Wilder has done what everyone hoped from manager and team and it's fun to watch the games again (said after 1,5 games)!

he gave the handball against mcatee that clearly came off his shoulder simply because of the reaction of the brentford players
