McBurnie is a silly boy as it looks to me like he starts the whole thing at the end of the game. That whole melee wouldn't have happened if he would have kept his trap shut and walked off. He was doing that sort of shit from the moment he came on. Now, partly thanks to him, we are without a decent goalie for 3 games. I do agree that something pretty significant was said to Wes for him to react that way. And also, can Kadra do something good next time...

Any idea what was behind the thinking for kicking towards the kop in the first half? It seems it was our choice since Blackpool took the kick off.

Thought it might be the sun, but if anything it was worse for Wes than it was for their keeper.

it was great to get a point & they never gave up. but our non-existent defensive organisation cost us that game, i never seen us so wide open. i was saying at half time that we saw 4 in 1st half & im expecting 4 in 2nd half. even with 30mins to go i was agreeing it would finish 4-3 but i had no idea which way. but fair play to blackpool goalkeeper he pulled off 4-5 outstanding saves. that 1 to stop it going 3-1 & then goal led a charmed life in those closing minutes with more brilliant saves

ill defend Brewster. because from where i was i felt like that is as good as you can hit a penalty without scoring. but thats the fine margins, an inch the other way we are raving about it

i feel like i say this every week because every week its a problem, the authorities have got to get hold of anti football & cheating because that is normally the root cause of the tension like v birmingham, the cause of melee today, & most likely the cause of fighting next saturday. standard of referee doesnt help when they are extremely naive & fall for everything. the more i think about it as much as i love 90 min game i think we have to go to that ice hockey system that was muted where 60 minute clock stops every time there is a break in play

The only thing I’d like to add to a remarkable match, and which is of no value whatsoever, is that I thought that Blackpool’s kit was an absolute cracker. Beautiful deep shade of blue that I don’t recall seeing in a kit before juxtaposed with the sharp acidic orange was a sartorial triumph.

After 20 minutes we were saying Blackpool are going for it but are for to open at the back, we confidently predicted there would be plenty of goals.ch.
Do Blackpool deserve credit for being so positive and playing with no respect to a top of table teams turning it into a basketball match.

Thought overall we looked disjoined as though there were too many new players who weren't use to the system,...and to a degree that was the case.
The turning point for me regards performance was when Ahmedhodzic came on....he gives us the extra man down the right and Blackpool couldn't cope with him.
Who would have thought it eh......a central defender is one of our best attacking threats giving us a new dimension ha ha.

Looking at the statistics of the match, goal unfairly disallowed, penalties not given and a penalty miss....one would argue we were unlucky and deserved 3 points
however it made a change for a team to come to Bramall Lane being so positive....overall I think a draw was a fair result.

At the Birmingham match there were Chinese people behind me, one who was apoplectic with excitement throughout the game and shouting in Chinese as if he was doing a radio report back to China.
A group of 7 Dutch lads sat by me.
Against Blackpool I had a bunch of African girls in front, and Indian people on my right.
