I'm sick of this with Bogle. It reminds me of last week vs Wigan but when we were the other end of the pitch. Ball was a yard away from him and just stopped and had no interest. He needs to be gone.

How was that Davies fault. Baldock doesn't deal with the initial ball, and Bogle thinks his man is the other side of him. That ball shouldn't even make it into the box.

Work to do at half time for Hecky and not sure he’s got many good options unless he just gets rid of Bogle and goes 4-3-1-2 with Jebbo as another option.

Don't know what's happened to Bogle. Seems to be a confidence player...who's lost all confidence? I'm a big fan of Berge, but I wish he'd take more responsibility and drive forward with the ball, rather than make the easy back pass. Even if he loses it a few times in the oppositions third, it would lead to more chances for us.

Half-time 1-1

We've dominated possession but it's been really slow so we've struggled to create much.
Cardiff have hardly attacked but look more dangerous and more likely to score.

This game is down to tactics and the Cardiff manager is currently showing his superiority over Hecky.
A good manager would see where we're going wrong and make changes to either the formation or the players.
However I suspect Hecky has already decided pre match that he won't make any changes until the 60th to 70th minute.

We've been quite poor but we're relying on our quality players (N'Diaye and McAtee) to get us out of trouble by scoring a goal from nothing.
Second half kicking against the Kop, we need to raise the tempo and go for it.
Some of our players (like Bogle) are playing like they're being effected by the lunchtime kick-off, had to wake up earlier than usual and are still half asleep.

Poor first half. Defending has been dire with some good rescuing blocks and challenges, but we're losing the first ball in the air. Idiotic from Lowe. Davies is not commanding his area, but the problem is he came twice to get balls and Egan/Baldock just clear them and then doesn't come to collect and Bogle leaves it. You either come or don't. It was a good recovery save but you'd expect a keeper to get that. Good run and finish from McAtee, but other than another good run he's been quiet. Berge showing some nice passing but he slows us down every single time he gets on the ball. Doyle but a couple of good balls over the top but defensively suspect. Once again, I don't think McBurnie is doing anywhere near enough. We need to raise our game and the tempo. Press them higher and move the ball first time. Run at them down the flanks.

Well, that was a comfortable watch, there seems to be no cohesion, at the moment it seems that the only way were going to score is if mcatee or ndiaye does it themselves

So they have Hinchcliffe on comms and then in the break they have Rob Earnshaw and not sure who the other guy is but don’t recognise him as a Blade.

It’s so poor they set up each time with an anti-United comms team.

This ref is a shithouse. Given is nothing. Given a pen which often doesn’t get given outside the box, totally quiched giving their guy a second yellow and missed a few obvious fouls on ours.

In the words of Warnock “at least try to show you’re not biased ref!”

Berge seems to be playing the distributor role in the centre rather than Doyle. This loses his ability to drive at the defence. I can see Norwood coming on to take over - releasing him. Bogle & Baldock almost holding hands down the right....

how simpson is still on the pitch is incredible. that refs inconsistencies all over. there different rules for what is booking depending if it would be your 1st or 2nd

Wrong..two defenders left it so they wouldn't collide with a goalkeeper that commands his area. If not we have a Robinson\Foderingham situation. Any decent keeper would have seen the situation and collected that ball.
