Must win isn’t a figure of speech. Nobody mentioned the club collapsing, did they? Your lack of understanding of basic English isn’t my fault.
Blimey, come on. This is a pointless argument. I'm all for nit-picking pedantry for crimes against the English language but not on this occasion.

My point wasn’t really about the English language, though I’m sure you actually know that.

Not worth the discussion, none of it. Except to say that when people write or say something along the lines of "...but I'm sure you know that...' it is an indication of pompous and imagined superiority.

It might just be “not worth the discussion” but you’ve decided to get yourself involved anyway. You aren’t exactly one to be accusing people of being pompous, if I remember correctly this isn’t the first time you’ve felt the need to tell me what I should and shouldn’t be discussing on here.

Find it then. Couldn't give a fuck either way.

Ludicrous to play Khadra LWB ... the lad is an exciting forward thinking unpredictable playmaker without the discipline to keep a defensive shape - dunno what Hecky was thinking
He was played very high up the pitch but looked atrocious in attacking positions constantly cutting back on to his right foot and giving the ball away

Not sure what his discipline had to do with that

Yeh he's R footed an all , so a R footed attacker played in L footed defensive position , double stupid.
When Andre Brooks is a L footed midfielder who has previous experience at LWB.
Or Kyron Gordon is a RCB direct replacement for Anel.
Plus many other permutations before you put a R winger with no height on the defensive L side.

Bogle played there and did well and Osborn did well at right wing back
Don't think it was stupid at all just don't think he played very well ,every time I've seen him.play he's been predominantly on that side he just had a poor game but then most of his games seem to be

Rewatched the match last night. A lot of credit should go to Birmingham. They've got a good crop of players together now and they played very well as a team.

Blades weren't at their best, but didn't play badly at any point in the match. Actually we played plenty of nice football.

I'd say it was a very competitive and good quality championship game overall. A draw was a fair result on this occasion.

Remains to be seen if Birmingham's squad is big enough to mount a top 10 challenge, but they were easily one of the better sides we'd faced this season.

Also we didn't lose directly after an international break, so that's celebration in itself I think!?
