Can't cut the mustard in this league so even if by some miracle he does turn it around I have zero faith in him as a premier league manager. Might as well cut our losses now.

I’ve calmed down a bit. Owners are sticking with RS for at least 1 or 2 more games. I don’t know the plan, maybe it hinged on 14 players walking through the door when we were expecting 4 or 5 with maybe 2 ‘key’ players leaving. Bottom line is he’s got a good squad with depth.

We are where we are and I’ll watch with interest what all the investment in players and training together for 2 weeks brings. It’s got to be hugely improved on the disorganised chaos and lack of goal attempts. Let’s be realistic, we’re 8-12 points behind after 4 games so Sellés doesn’t just have to improve he needs to get the team out performing all the other teams in the league.

Still think he’s gonna struggle to show the improvements needed but one or two more games is all he’s got for me to want full blown Sellés out.

He’s had the excuse of an imbalanced squad up to this point. The owners have more than rectified that so any shortfall in performance from this point on will be the responsibility of the head coach. I suspect he’s got to win one of the next two but I’ve nothing more than gut instinct to base that on.

Why would winning one of the next two change your mind when we now need to win most of the remaining games. If he doesn’t win both convincingly, he’s not the man to take us forward, with the toy cupboard he now has at his disposal. This isn’t about the odd win.

Please can I politely remind you of our Play Off record?? It's top 2 or nothing. & It's still possible after losing first 4 games. Sunderland did it in 2006/07.

Fair point to the first part! THIS IS OUR YEAR! In all seriousness with the further clearout I was not expecting promotion this season.

But exaggeration for the second part. Bad start does not make a qualified guy a clown.

For me it doesn’t matter whether he managed them or not.

Plenty of players have come over and done well. And if Ched Evan’s had made better choices on his night out then it would have worked out for Danny Wilson.

My issue with Rohl is his conduct when it all
went sideways with the pigs.

Any of these decisions by Selles next Friday night should lead to an instant dismissal for gross misconduct :

Playing Peck as the sole DM in front of a back 4.

Playing Lfoot (no R foot at all) Brooks on the RW.

Playing big striker One on the LW.

Playing Cannon anywhere.

Playing Seriki as a RB in a 4 - he needs to be a RWB in a 5.
If it's a back 4 , Godfrey must be RB.

Any of those at Ipswich and he's toast in my eyes , irrespective of us collecting any points.

Agree with what you say, there was mitigation clearly.

But did the office staff who hadn’t been paid walk out? Some of them might have, I don’t know.

He hasn't covered himself in any glory this summer at all. When the players needed his leadership the most, he fled the scene to try and force a move away. Then the dressing room wouldn't have him back

The fact his ex assistant Pedersen seems to be getting some fight out that squad makes you wonder how many of the results Röhl got out of Wednesday over the last 2 years were down to Röhl or Pedersen

The evidence of my eyes is that he qualified with first class honours as a clown from Clown college University of Clownsville. Even Fallowfield had his UEFA badges.

Just saying that as in any walk of professional life there are people who have qualifications but I’ve met countless accountants, lawyers and doctors who simply shouldn’t be allowed to practice.

The Pigs only scored 3 fewer goals than us last season. Their squad was laughably poor. His first half season was remarkably successful considering the shite he had at his disposal. It would be interesting to see what he could do with far superior players. I would sooner that we found that out with him in charge at another club that wasn’t us, though.

I’m not so sure that is correct. Of the people I speak to all were pretty relaxed about making a change hopefully for the better. However all are bellyaching about clear and obvious problems with selection and formation allied with what seems to be no clear direction of travel in terms of how we play. If you order a rare fillet steak and the head chef insists on serving up pilchards and ice cream with teriyaki sauce AND then does it three more times, he deserves sacking.

You should try taking them, I think you’ll find them more difficult than you think and Fallowfield was and continues to be full of shit.
