No match for over a week, transfer window not open, not much to grumble about, so I would like to ask for some thoughts on the following. We live in a divided city, and most of us consider a perfect weekend is one where United win, Wednesday lose, with an added bonus if Leeds lose. But we do come across the other lot in everyday life, so how do you treat them? There are a few moments when we come together (a seriously ill child, a tragic death...), but how do you deal with other lot normally? I buy food from a shop owned and run by a Wednesday-ite ( finally used the word), and he sells me good food at a good price, and I enjoy talking to him, but I still hope his lot lose every game. We had a kitchen fitted a couple of years ago by 2 season ticket holders at the other place, and they were really good workers and good fun (no leaks in the plumbing yet!), but I still can't wish them well at football. I hope for some serious answers and some funny ones: how do you deal with 'the enemy' on a day-to-day basis?

I genuinely tend to look down on them with a mixture of contempt and pity. UTB

When, yet again, they get the lucky break with a soft last minute penalty, I curse the ba$tards and wish them nothing but ill will!
