Heard from a friend that were after Mark Davies from Bolton as they need to sell players to stay afloat not sure how accurate it is but apparently theres been lots of rumours going round bout it

Still available, Pigs have pulled out and upset Bolton. Seems to have a history of medical problems so I would think he would be more suited to us.

It appears the little piggies pulled out for medical reasons - even though they hadn't seen his medical records or given him a medical. I'm sure the offer won't be reduced just before or just after their winding up order on Monday.

Mrs watching Emmerdale and getting herself ready for Celebrity Big Brother. So I thought if she can do reality soaps, so can I. Into the address bar went the words twitter.com followed by #sufc and #twitterblades. OMG. Besides realising that Scunthorpe have sacked Mark Robins, I've also realised that all we need to do to appease the fans in sign a player. Simple. Doesn't matter who he is. It could be Stephen Hawkins. Just so long as we sign somebody. Anybody. It will solve everything. Having read all those threads, I'm convinced that if we signed anybody, because it says people are bored with this transfer window, and tagging Jimmy boy on how everyone is "linked with realistic targets", then we are guaranteed 66 points from our remaining matches. Because we are United. And we are in a shit league. And we are United. So we should get 66 points (even though no club has ever done it and will ever do it). And signing a player will sort it.
So there we have it. 1 point better off than last season, 6 points closer to 2nd place than last season, but with our 66 points from signing anybody, (and don't forget because the windows open we can reach out and sign somebody just for the sake of it) then autos here we come. Because those on twitter say so. Sorted. We've got the Maguire and Murphy money to spend you see. Because, David, we have never brought in another centre half since we sold Harry. It says so on Twitter.
Now time to open another tinny sport.

I would be a lot more hopeful of our chances if we can sign a CB and a midfielder who has pace and can attack. Striker wise we are decent. Done, Sharp and Sammon have goals in them plus Baxter can always play just behind.
