I'm afraid (or possibly relieved) to say the Workington bit is historical. I'm now in Hertfordshire - and I tend not to use the jet for such short journeys.

I'm in, along with my dad. Mostly because we're both down here now and commitments and finances mean we very rarely get up to BDTBL. Annoyed Leyton Orient and Crawley couldn't stay up and MK Dons couldn't stay down. Most of the matches I go to have gone, right there.

Got some big players out; Tyrell, Power, probably Fennelly, and Waterford are a decent side. Will be tough.

That's true and Waterford are a decent side , they gave Dublin a lesson in the quarters , but the Dubs got lucky against Limerick who had a rake of wides and should have beaten Dublin quite easily, enjoy the match .

Yup, myself, Dad and mate will be there. Always seem to manage to miss the first away game of the season over recent years, so made sure I wasn't missing this one.

Don't manage as many long trips as I used to, so thought I'd get a "distance" one in early. Of course it helps that confidence and expectation is so high this season.

Though a bit miffed cos the Victoria Line from Walthamstow is closing this Saturday for engineering works, (WalthamstowBlade it was me joining you in the FB rendition of "aint got a barrel of money" the other day) meaning it'll probably take me as long as you lot coming down from Sheff to get there. Actually, I'm meeting a Blade mate for beers in Whitstable first then hopping back to Gillingham for the game.
Away games for me this season...though damn you Leyton Stoopid Orient for getting relegated and ruining my best game of the season.
