I also don't think it's unfair to suggest he's one who's been added due to Pope's withdrawal so of course will be the first to drop out.The narrative on ramsdale is that he’s the thing that caused an excellent defence from last year to crumble. That’s not true for a whole host of reasons but he’s the obvious change between this year and last. Also I don’t think I’m being particularly paranoid when I say that there’s something to the fact that we’re inherently unfashionable and that playing for us hurts your England chances the same for Henderson last year when he was in better form.
I'm not sure it would say that much if he didn't make the cut, and his social media posts yesterday would suggest he thinks the same.
Johnstone is older, and more experienced (albeit at a lower level) and will probably play Premier league football next season
Rammers is younger, from my perspective a better 3rd choice keeper who's unlikely to play, he'll be a good pro, already had a good relationship with Hendo and has more experience at PL level but I'm biased as I want him to go but I can see the why Johnstone gets the nod.
