Well done Ramsdale. Some of the saves in the 2nd half of the season truly were world class. Started picking up the odd clean sheet.

Harry Maguire, Kyle Walker & Dominic Calvert-Lewin. Sheffield born fellow blades fans, done us proud👍👊

Dean Henderson & Connor Coady too, ex blades' players.

Sounded like he took his start of the season very hard, can't have been fun. To finish like this is brilliant for him, and well deserved.

Excellent week for him, Fans' POTY, Young POTY and now this. Some turnaround from where he was at the end of 2020 and I'm made up for him.

Proof for us fans that players can turn seemingly hopeless situations around and we should not be quick to judge.

Well deserved.

Stick that in your pipe to every one of you who doubted him and gave him abuse and ridiculed his signing.
£15/£20m or whatever it is....quite cheap for an England international keeper eh!
Many of the people who doubted him were watching him unable to catch and have no idea when or how to come off his line.

Being a fan entails supporting players publicly and being happy for them when they turn it around.

But we’re entitled to criticise in private and he was rubbish at the start of the season. An improvement and inclusion in a provisional England squad doesn’t change that in my view.

There is a difference though in pointing out a bad performance/bad run off form and writing a player off entirely. It got to the point where he was taking the blame for every goal, whether he was at fault or not. It’s also worth remembering he was getting loadsof vicious abuse on social media as well.

Everybody knows what a poor start he had but he’s done incredibly well to turn it around to the stage where he could be the first SUFC player in an England squad at a major tournament in most people’s lifetime.

Really pleased for him, & hope it shuts the naysayers up now, yes he had a shaky start behind a defence already missing a pivotal player, but it shows real character coming on so strong in the second half of the season.

As Southgate only picks players from the big clubs (well apparently anyway), does this mean we are officially a big club now? 🤔

The lad has come on in leaps and bounds he was very nervy when he arrived, that is behind him now build round him don't sell.
