Oh right, thanks for the info. I was looking forward to this but think I'll stay at home now, never like to see us lose.

This must be the game Sean thinks we are going to lose. Think I will move things around myself

I hope not, I have manoeuvred my work diary to work in Sheffield on Tuesday and Leeds on Wednesday. So my employer is paying my travel, my hotel and my evening meal (does anyone know whether Man Frydays do receipts?).

No drive back down the M1 for a change, so hopefully I can go for a post-match pint happy.
That's the way to do it!

Haha loving the responses. I just think Millwall are a bogey team for us & we will 200% let Bolton right back into this. Been a Blade far too long to believe otherwise.

Either way, UTB

With laffery on international duty it's almost a dead cert we will be without him Tuesday , done out injured and lavery more than likely out for the season. Who's gong to play LWB? Are we going to stick with 3-5-2? And where's our pace going to come from in attack? I think it'll be a really hard game against a Lions side desperate to get back into the play offs but it's also a must win for us as Hoofball Wanderers are basically guaranteed 3 points. People's opinions and predictions?

Play O Shea there. Play Fleck, Coutts, Duffy in midfield and start with Sharp and Hanson up front. Bring Carruthers or Chapman on for pace if it's not working?

Iv'e not been blown away by lafferty....

But we bloody miss him when he's not there.... unsung hero of this season ?

Absolutely. Doesn't have the flare coming forward like Freeman, and is often wasteful on the attack, but one of the strongest full backs in the division.

Yup, Lafferty defensively is not too bad. Done isn`t a wingback. Freeman isn`t a good defender, but is excellent at finding space and timing runs into the box. None of them are particularly good crossers of the ball but coaching and practice may improve that.

As Lavery was usually a come off the bench impact player then we have Chapman to replace him who has more than enough pace and trickery to make an impact. I would like to see him again as when he played he was impressive

So you reckon he will back and fully fit for Tuesday night yeah? I don't think he will
Cause he will, he'll have been back in Sheffield late last night or this morning after a 'gruelling' 3 hour journey.

Fitness obviously wont be an issue, he wasnt injured before he went away, has trained with NI, and will train with us this afternoon.

No issues at all.

Lafferty will play, it's an absolute certainty! He's only been on an hours flight to and from Belfast, didn't play a minutes football. He should be the freshest of all our team!

Like Duffy, I believe lafferty won't be too upset about not playing on the beach on Saturday

Why? He did well v Oldham.

Did he? What did he do well? Their goal came from down his side and I can't recall him getting more than 1 cross in. For me, Done should only be considered as part of a front two, even though he doesn't really score. As a LWB, my view is that he lacks the defensive capabilities required to do that job and he doesn't really perform the wingers requirements for the role either. He was pretty anonymous on Saturday.

If anyone seriously needs any further evidence that Done is unable play LWB, may I refer you Walsall away?

Agree I thought that Done was poor on Saturday but the error for the goal was by EEL as the move started when he gave away possession on the right when he should have cleared it.

Not in starting 11 tonight.

Might be jet lagged from Belfast though !!
That flight back over the Irish Sea and getting your body back in tune with UK time is a real killer. I always feel lousy after I've done it.

I always have to psych myself up the night before with a few pints of Guinness and Jameson shots.

Is Hussey really that bad that we'll play anyone at left back rather than him? Didn't CW say him and Brayford were the best 2 fullbacks in the division?

Anyway, regardless. Lafferty plays. How on earth is he going to be too tired and shagged out to play Tuesday night after a 45 minute journey sat on his arse this morning? Blimey - hope he doesn't go to the Cinema tonight, he could be sat down for 2 hours if he does! That could rule him out of the Coventry game!

I had to fly to george best international 4 or 5 times a year, had more arduous runs to crystal peaks to go shopping

once got a coffee on the plane was still drinking it as we landed, thought wont do that again
