The result isn't as bad as their league position makes out.

However I think the lack of goals in our side is a issue. We played well but rarely looked nailed on to score.

On the plus side another clean sheet and really only the save just before half time and a late header just over the only real scares.

Happy enough with a point away from home after an under par performance.

Gave the ball away too much. Defended fairly well again but got lucky a couple of times.

Not scoring enough may stop us challenging the top 2 unless we can strengthen in Jan.

All in all though really happy with where we are after such a turnaround in players.

Cooper and Raki Sayki were good. Moore was hopeless again. Come back McPub all is forgiven.

It's been said a few times now that our front 4 are not really working + O'Hare has been under par - surely Wilder will acknowledge this now + make some changes ?
Is he worried that dropping O'Hare will upset Hamer ?
Just put Hamer in the middle and O’Hare on the left.

It would probably get the best out of both.

Then also, instead of bringing Brewster on who has limited impact, you can bring Brooks on and hopefully keep Rak-Sayki on longer as his fitness improves.

Decent point that. They were better than the league table suggests

said it before on here and got slated gus hamer is totally wasted wide left just to accomodate o'hare who for me has been a big dissapointment and needs dropping i was also a big fan of moore but hes also been very dissapointing wilder and knill have to try something different with our front 4

I thought that looked like 2 poor teams. A point but lots to improve on. Up front we don’t look like scoring. Moore has to be dropped for Campbell IMO

Am i the only one that enjoyed the game? Total effort from both teams who were both trying to win the game.
That ref though!
I enjoyed it too...& Danny Hall's commentary was a big step up from Rob Statons holiday shout outs last week.
Great to see Rak Sakyi turning their young left back inside out...although I think Brooks is just as good & we get to keep him at the end of the season too 🙂

Yep. I thought it was decent fare too. I really like how we are looking and feel pretty confident that things will improve further. I wouldn't be making any changes yet....there will be plenty of time for changes soon when injuries and suspensions arrive. A point away at a tough place is ok - I don't think many will win there.

Baggies and Sunderland already have won there though. I'm half happy 'cos I thought we'd lose.

Decent in spells today, some really good interchanges in the middle of the park and at the back to be fair.
One of those where if we score early, we win comfortably but got to be happy with a clean sheet.
I do worry that the lack of goals will start to cost us, I hope that it’s just the ‘new team’ finding time to click, but that final ball is missing. Maybe it’s the lack of movement or maybe it’s over playing.
Didn’t see Ohara offer a great deal today.

Happy with the point, but need to be better in the final third again.
Another clean sheet though, and Cooper and the lads at the back did well...Still early days,a lot more more to come.

Andy and Danny showing Weeping Rob how it’s done?

Scrape every game 1-0 & we go up as champions 🤔 ...& Cooper will be in England squad
Only if he leaves United, there's no way any player playing for us will play for England
Maybe he's got some Irish, Scottish, Welsh or Azerbaijani blood somewhere down the line, that's the only way he'll get an international cap whilst he's playing for us.
He's just not glamourous enough if he plays for a scruffy northern oik club

They both faced a very different challenge against us. We have played the Majority of the season so far with no center backs available. Poole was only back last week after a 10 month injury and McIntyre is just back from an injury picked up in January. Still missing shaughnessy who was supposed to start today plus we signed bowat as cover in that position and he's out for 6 months before kicking a ball for us. Left back today made his debut In English football over ogilvie who has struggled with a lack of pace. Second half in the west brom game we switched to 3 at the back, non of the 3 would normally start and the center back was a right back. Today was the first time we had something resembling a full strength team. Just missing lang in midfield who has made the step up really well and yengi up top who probably would have started. That's not counting last year's top scorer who we have lost until at least January with a heart issue.
Set pieces are my biggest worry against sides like yours that are absolutely huge. Hard to do much with a 6'7" center back and the 6'5" striker back covering plus a few others that didn't look far off of that sort of size. I think the lack of height in our squad could be an issue this season.
Today was an enjoyable 0-0. Both teams having a go. Another petty, soft ref but that seems to be the norm for this level.

Wtf is wrong with our discipline at the end of games ?
Surely Wilder has emphasized the need to cut out the melees.
They've fined us once. , then doubled it for the second brawl.
Can they impose a points deduction for our 3rd offence ?
Utter madness by the players.
