Explain that to me, because from looking at the table, that isnt even possible 🤣
I was adding a points deduction for not controlling themselves. Fines have no effect so the league decided, right or wrongly, to issue a 20 point deduction. Would be our season complete!!! Hopefully I'm kidding

Save another shit show at Wembley.

Once again we were awful to watch. This has been the case all season, even when we were winning games by one goal. I hate the style we have. We keep a lot of possession but are miles too slow at going forward. I do not think we have any chance in the play offs and I really hope Wilder is gone soon. The only clas play today came from Jesrun and Wilder subbed him. Hopeless!!!

Had to break off from watching while it were 1-0 to perform dad duties. Just come back and we've lost? What the fuck?

One solitary defeat can be put down to an odd day. Once you're at 3 on the bounce, it's a pattern. We're not mathematically fucked for autos, but the way we're currently playing, there's no chance we even give ourselves the opportunity.

I suspect the 2 games next weekend will condemn us to the playoffs. Which, considering where we were after the Coventry game, can only be deemed an abject failure.
One week to screw it all up. Have to hand it to Wilder that takes skill considering the opposition we faced

Terrible lacklustre performance with little energy or quality. The first half was League 1 standard. We were slightly better second half but so were they. Can't defend. Can't take our chances/play the killer ball. Got everything we deserved today.

Cooper - 5 - Some woeful distribution again. Can't have ben easy to return to his old club and find a hostile reception, but his form has dipped last few games when we've needed him to be on it.
Burrows - 4 - There's was nothing in front of him for him to pass to but in truth a poor performance. Looked like he needed a rest.
Robbo - 3 - Utter knobhead. Lucky to not give away a pen/dangerous free kick/get sent off first half after putting their striker in a headlock. Then almost gifts them a goal only to be saved by Vini (and injure him). Generally dreadful all game. Twat.
Anel - 5 - Found himself having to do nothing and then cover for the shambles next to him. Didn't exactly do it well.
Clarke - 4 - He at least tries. Tries to get there first. Win balls. etc. Far too often he mistimes it though. Got taken off after being booked.
Souza - 6 - Did a lot of covering and saved a certain goal, before injuring himself. Slow on the ball though and he slows things down.
Peck - 5.5 - Showed a lot of energy and great ball for the Campbell chance. He did a few decent balls but was far too wasteful as well.
O'Hare - 5 - Busy without actually achieving much. There was nothing much to aim for though.
Hamer - 5.5 Good ball for the goal and did another great reverse pass late on but these moments are far too few and far between. He's not involved enough for me. A player like him should be at the heart of everything. Maybe knock off the booze?
JRS - 6 - Took the goal really well but should have done better with the other chance. He was our most dangerous attacking player but again can't play a full game.
Canon - 1 - Sorry, I've defended the lad and he gets little service but he offers nothing. He does runs but only in his little area. Players have no one to hit and when the ball is up in the air to win he doesn't compete. Bigger waster of money than Brewster so far. Well done Wilder. It's quite obvious he can't play up front on his own in our 'system', but don't let that stop captain Chris and his ego.

Subs:

Seriki - 4 - Didn't really offer anything. Made us look worse defensively.
BBD - 4 - That terrible pass in injury time sums him up. What a waste this season has been for him. Maybe he wants to find a club that doesn't play in red and white?
Moore - 4 - Battled, at least, but offered little. He had very little to play with though.
Choudhury - 4 - Like Souza but worse.

Wilder - 1 - That first half was League 1 standard. No energy. No quality. No urgency. No plan. Just hoofing it up and hoping someone who can't head a ball wins it. Got baled out by the one piece of skill of the half. Second. Started a bit better but soon back to the same shit. Every single one of his changes made us worse. In the end, Plymouth were more likely to score the next goal than us. We have no system. He was no plan. Literally pass it to someone and hope for the best. What do they do in training? Do they all get shitfaced before games as they're all fucked after 60 minutes? Why is our fitness so bad? Why do we have zero leaders? Why is there no pressing? Why is there no energy? Why do they look like they've not played together all season? Something's wrong there. Badly wrong. Those players should have easily won that but instead they let Plymouth back into it and gave the a glimpse of hope. Shit.

In all honesty if we get the disappointment out the way now we've got more than enough to win FINALLY at Wembley!
After all the years going and losing we have to win one surely 😜

Payed the price for not getting a 2nd goal again...Rak Saki and Campbell chances would have sealed it then it was no surprise we'd concede,we just don't score or create enough chances...not bothered by the hanbags at the end, that happens.

I asked Bold or daft statement from Muslic, we now know the answer to that! United's line up had enough creative attacking talent to beat most teams, but the blame lies solely at the door of "blame everyone else" mardy wilder.
His antics in the pub now look absolutely pathetic, and I hope he is well gone before next season's steel city derby 😡

Yeah, maybe, but also where's all the other chances ? All game 3 shots on target, Cannon 5 touches none in the box

Yeah, that's the problem,we don't create enough chances, don't work the keeper, and create little from set pieces,no shots from distance, don't get around the back of teams and teams are never out of it while it's 1-0...maybe Cannon would benefit from the ball pulled back from the byline, but we always cut inside..we did score from JRS cutting in though.
2 good chances to seal it today, but didn't take them...i thought the Tyrese chance,he should have gone across the keeper,we had 2 players queuing up for a tap in if the keeper parried the ball that way.
Disappointing these last 3 games, after being in a great position after the Cov win.

absoultely infuriating. that in a week we've gone from league winners to season over as i said to Plymouth they deserved to win that, because we are so lethargic & have only shown the urgency when its too late v millwall & today

hopefully this is the final straw for robinson. he always had that 1 cock up a game. but he's just become a liability. everytime, we are under pressure defensively, robbo is at fault. & stats dont lie.
Souttar & Anel 11 conceded in 22
Robinson & Anel 22 conceded in 20

I am a massive Wilder fan. Always have been, always will be. He has done a superb job clearing out the old players and building the squad we have.

Sadly the last 3 games have been indicative of the performances for the most part this season. It’s just that we have nicked wins where we are now on the receiving end.

I think that the formation is completely wrong for the players we have as we are far too negative, particularly against teams we’re are rightly expected to beat.

In his first spell, we consistently played the best football I have seen from a blades team, literally passed teams to death in the final third. It’s like he is trying to recreate that ethos with a completely different formation.

We rarely shoot from shooting positions, rarely get the ball in the box from crossing positions, let alone get early balls onto the strikers.

I feel for Cannon, he looks completely devoid of confidence and never looks like scoring. That is down to the tactics and the formation not suiting him. Not down to him personally.

We were crying out for a Souttar replacement which we appeared to get in Holding, yet we play a far inferior player in Robinson who should be a back up at best at this level.

The message this gives to the fans, rightly or wrongly, is that Wilder is too stubborn to change and almost has to make a point by refusing to do so. Not sure how accurate that is, but that’s how is seems to us fans.

After the Coventry game, the feeling was so buoyant and in a week, we are now worrying about the play offs and limping towards the end of the season.

Not sure a change now is the right thing, but Wilder certainly has to step up to the plate, admit he has been wrong and do something to turn around the mood of the club over the next 5 games or I can’t see us getting through the play offs.

Literally food and drink to the Wilder haters

Feel like we're getting more than our fair share of Oliver Langford.
Well I rcognized him but no clue of name till reporter named him.
The question for me at half time is whose the bigger imbecile in today's match?
#W******Wilder or this clown.
eg two bookings not given for fouls on Anel, clown fouls around on the circus act that is Bugs Bunny - sorry Callum OHare.
Clearly the alcohol destroyed brain remnants of Wilder won out by a mile in the end.

It's a special kind of imbecile that thinks the answer to not scoring is to leave out almost all the best finishers for two (KEY WILDER SIGNINGS!) OHare and Cannon whose total attributes are OHare's flicks of five yards and the goals total two inside the six yard box.
Wilder is that special kind of imbecile.
