Putting my overly optimistic cap on for a second, I will be in Vegas for the 2nd leg (4th v 5th) of the playoffs on Monday 11 May. Does anyone know of a bar that will potentially show the game (preferably live)?

there's a vegas-specific subforum on a gambling site i visit, i'll ask there in case you get no help here

There is an "English Pub" inside the Aria hotel, which is attached to the Cosmopolitan, centre of the Strip, I seem to remember them showing football last time I was in there. If you look on the hotel website, it should list it

I watch a United game in an English pub there one morning a few years ago, Rose & crown or something similar, a taxi ride from the strip, down the side of MGM past a college, packed full of English footy fans

Have seen a recommendation of the Crown & Anchor, details googlable but wouldn't rely on their website for game listings as they still seem to be showing World Cup games as forthcoming

I'll be in Munich for the first leg and Nuremberg for the second leg, if of course, we get in play offs (we have the wherewithal to fail still :))
Will I be bothering to seek a bar out that screens it? Very wifey dependent, but then again, can I be arsed.
Home just in time for final but that won't matter a jot, will it?
What a defeatist I've become :-(

I'm going to be on Leonardo Di Caprio's yacht, anchored by the Maldives, with Rhianna, Scarlett Johannsen and the bird off the Blurred Lines video for the Chesterfield match, does anyone know if the boat has Blades Player?

Leonardo tells me doesn't bother with Blades Player what with all the shagging he gets up to.
Did ask if he knew how you'd manage to kill all your spare time.

Don't forget to address everyone as "Sir" or "Madam" as you walk round with that tray of drinks ;)

I got married in America in 2009 and watched both games, however for the first leg i only found one place (a English pub) that had the channel it was on.

That's the one, wasn't far off with Rose & crown. Was over 10 years ago!

It was the Crown & Anchor
1350 E Tropicana Ave
Las Vegas, NV 89119

We went to

I'm going to be in Humberston Fitties Chalet Park for the play off second leg. Does anyone know of a pub in Cleethorpes... blah...blah...blah...secret weapon...blah...blah...etc... etc....

Seeing that over half of the male population of Scotland is playing for the Blades, I would imagine the Gordon Ramsey in Caesar's Palace will show it;-)

You went all the way to Vegas and watched Rotherham vs Aldershot?

The one and only time that the Don Valley Stadium hosted a play off game. It was a historic occasion, and not to be missed.
