Wondering who the 8 are that are allegedly still under contract after this season?

I would guess at the below but have 10?!

Nick Montgomery
Jamie Ward
Darius Henderson
Stephen Quinn
Lee Williamson (signed 3 year deal I think?)
Ched Evans (signed long term contract)
Ryan France (2 year deal I think?)
Andy Taylor (signed 2 year deal I think?)

Loanees (not United's players)

Mark Bunn
Carl Ikembe
Kyle Walker
Keith Treacy
Richard Cresswell (may sign him longer term though)
Andrew Davies

Out of contract (think most of these are right)

Derek Geary
Ian Bennett
Justin Haber
Matthew Kilgallon
Gary Naysmith
Jordan Stewart (took his contract on till end of season?)
Jon Fortune (short term till end of season)
Henri Camara (short term till end of season)
James Harper (took his contract on till end of season?)

Anyone know for definite on any of above?

Seems we are due for a further reshuffle if we only have about 8 or 9 players left. I cannot see many of the loans (save for Creswell) or out of contracts being with us next year

If I was a betting man I would say Reid signed for two years.

I have a feeling Monty may be out of contract.

Monty signed a contract extension which tied him up until the end of this season.

I know that Geary and Quinn are in their final years and i think we only took over Harpers Reading contract which was to run out at the end of this season also.

So does this mean we are going to end up losing Billy Sharp for nothing at the end of the season, surely we need to get him moved on from Donny (who have said they can't afford to buy him) to someone who will take him on loan and then a permanent transfer

Posted elsewhere, but Monty definitely out of contract in the summer...

"It's a difficult one because I would love to stay but the club will have to look after me because there has been interest in the past and I've stayed.

"I stayed loyal to Sheffield United and hopefully they can make me want to stay.

"Obviously, if I don't get something sorted out I've got to look at other options in the near future as, obviously, come what may at that time I would be out of contract and on a free transfer.

If the rumours of investors with good money are to be believed then this is very sound financially.
Not having to pay up contracts of players if/when we get new better replacements in makes perfect sense.
