I think Norwich will be a much more difficult proposition this season, made some decent signings and despite losing a couple of players there’s still plenty of quality there.

Reckon a tight win will be a good result as we try and start to build some momentum.

Agree...the lazy journalism always makes me laugh too.

The logic goes like this
SU were good under Dave Bassett and he was generally physical with the long ball.
SU were good under Neil Warnock and he was generally physical with the long ball.
SU were recently in league 1 and have several lower league players.
So obviously lower league players can only play long ball ha ha.

They’ll be in for a surprise on Saturday, just a shame we haven’t got Coutts back yet.
A midfield 3 of Coutts, Fleck and Norwood would be up there with the best passing (keep possession) midfield in this league.

After last season's debacle at the Lane, I felt the same. I mean, all teams waste time occasionally. We did it the other week at QPR. I don't like it tbh. I think there's enough wasted time in the game with all the stoppages and fake injuries and stuff. But Norwich took it to a new level last time - never seen anything quite as belligerent as that. Not just from the players either, but the manager as well. I enjoyed it when Wilder ran into Farke's technical area to tackle Farke and get the ball! Top man!

I'm really not expecting that from Norwich this time. I'm happy to consider it a one-off and draw a line under it. But the best way to avoid it is to score first and score early. Then they'll have to chase the game.
