Two footed? If anything in this I suspect he'd be competition/back up for Basham and O'Connell, not Stevens.

Forgive the cynicism here, but I can feel my soul slipping away at the thought of watching 12 minutes of a centre half, turning casually and chipping a ball forwards, which is what this video is all about. I almost lost the will to live after about 90 seconds of it and switched off. Add to that, he's a lower league player - and one that just got totally humiliated in the play off final by Rotherham United - he personally had a stinker of a game.

I personally hope he doesn't come within 100 miles of Bramall lane, unless we are playing them in a Cup match or something.

I mean, I know it's close season and we are scratching around for things to watch and talk about, but this is desperate stuff!

As a LWB no chance. Doesn't look as able as what we have already from the video and I think Wilder would rather have a left footer there.

As a RCB in our overlapping system who seems to be able to get forward better than Basham and in the same fashion as O'Connell then I'd say that it could be a possibility.

In no way did I say he was an improvement on Bash. I said he seemed better going forward.

Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love Bash and he has been immense for us this season defensively. Only problem I have is that when he gets forward he gets a sudden nosebleed and often neshed the cross. In our overlapping CB system that's an important component of our game so of course it would be worth checking out other players who can provide us with that.
