I'm now even more confused to what formation that is.
Is it
A 4-1-2-3
B 4-3-3
C 5-2-3

4-3-3 (basically with a flat 3 midfield)

O'Hare----Peck----Hamer

Whether it's Peck or Soumare (if true) playing in the middle of the 3, he will drop deeper to shield the back 4 while Hamer and O'Hare push forwards to join the attack.

Will be interesting to see where Selles sees Cannon. He's played both games as LW so far (and he's done well there I think), but I wonder if that was just out of necessity or we might see that more often.

8. Players often kept the ball and ran with it if they found themselves receiving the ball in clear space.

So far it's looking good against lower league sides. It'll be interesting to see how it works against Championship teams, particularly those that drop deep in number in and around the box.

That's the big challenge. The majority of teams will sit in and sit deep. Lot resting on Hamer, Brooks and O'Hare.

He might just rotate the front 3. I think we are in danger of burnout if there is no regular rotation.

I was about to say that it may be fluid ie two go, one stays, but then if the rumours of Soumare are legit, he might always be the one who stays?

Peck was dropping in to start us off from deep,but other times he'd push out and Hamer would drop in to the space...Peck was in the middle,Hamer to his left and Marsh to the right of the 3.

Observation spot on, also, the fitness levels that were a major concern last season have improved significantly, as required with Ruben's tactics. Early days, but I am feeling excited and optimistic for The Blades this season.

They've played a maximum 45minutes each game, how on earth can you say their fitness has improved!

I think we currently lack depth, in terms of league experience, or guaranteed starters that you would look at and expect to delivery quality and creativity, week in, week out. I think we're off the pace of top two as things stand.

A couple of injuries and you're down to inexperienced youngsters, right across the 11.

Not one player since wilder left has indicated that they want to leave the club.(as many thought they would)
This is a huge testament to the new owners and Ruben Selles.
Several key players have stated how much they are enjoying the new set up, bordering on saying that life under wilder was becoming stale.
When United beat Wednesday Ruben will be celebrating just as much as wilder but in a slightly different way.

Against all odds? Our injury crisis was so bad Burrows had to play CM. Cannon started too. If that situation ever re-occurs you can safely put your mortgage on a blades loss
