It would be nice if some bloke from Wales would set up a GoFundMe page for this troubled soul, as pictured on the telly at the end of the Wigan game in 2007. Okay, I know I'm... er, I mean, he isn't crying but it is known that Sheffield United made the poor little lambkins cry in 1979, 1981, and 1988. At least. Won't someone please think of the middle-aged hitchhiker?

That is a Blades shirt.

I always seem to remember everywhere on 'the tour' always seemed busy, shops packed, queues at the bus stops etc
The Rag and Tag was always packed from memory, I could never see very much due to how crowded it was.
We always had to queue outside Freidrichs in the Wicker as they were busy making up bread cake sandwiches for I think the workers from the rolling mill on the next corner who’s name escapes me. You could watch them hand rolling the red hot steel through the doorway on Blonk Street.

Vicarage Road. The stand on the left of the photo was still there in 2013.
