I’ve been watching the Blades since 1993 and I haven’t ever enjoyed watching the side as much. Keep doing what you’re doing lads - surely this is what the game is about?

I’m pretty sure we’ll make the playoffs but there are a massive couple of months for us. Losing Fleck is worse than the defeat - especially as it’ll have an effect on Lundstram, who I thought was great again tonight.

Had to watch from my armchair tonight owing to childcare commitments but Sky’s obsession with ‘goal gifs’ made me consider switching off and just thinking about how rubbish modern life can be.

Being positive is great. But that wasn’t positive it was stupid. Deserved to win but a point would have been ok having been down to 10 men for 30 mins. Fleck and Wilder’s substitutions cost us. Gutted.

Very frustrating yet again. Another defeat against a negative side. Happy for them that they respect us and play a game plan, but fuck me that was mourinho style.

We have to do better against sides like this and we have to look at our defensive displays. Yet again their first goal, whilst being a cracking strike, should’ve been closed down

We’re one of the better, most attacking and effective sides in this division and we’re losing too many games

They were very lucky also tonight Swiss...

More upset than I should be. Whilst I can't remember a game where we were that unlucky in front of goal but yet another once a season goal flies in and following a red card we disrupt our own rhythm rather than theirs with the substitutions.

We didn't deserve that, but suddenly that L column is looking ominous. Time maybe to accept the management are still learning at this level maybe? Can we even have that discussion or am I due a stoning?

We should have cleaned that game off in the first half. Unlucky to kit the post a couple of times. I went into the game feeling a bit nervous but the lads were completely on top of it and looked back to form. So we lost but we can still outplay opposition. It’ll come good.

All these so called experts blaming Wilder for his substitutions.

Never heard any moaning when he went for the jugular at Hillsborough and Elland Road after the home teams equalized.

He's told us what style of play he's going to adopt. If you don't like it don't bother going.

Fantastic point. Well said that man

I get your point but at Hillsborough it was Duffy for Brooks and Lundstram for Wright (we already had Bash on and he moved back into defence) and at Hillsborough it was Brooks for Sharp and Lundstram for Duffy.

They're postive but normal subs and didn't change the shape, think he over egged it tonight. Doesn't mean I respect him or trust him less because I think that, or that I'm some self proclaimed expert and will be sending my CV to McCabe.

I think you’re right. 8 defeats and it’s very much a bad sign.

I don’t want us to change the way we line up or the way we play but we need to concede fewer goals.

I strongly believe, based on the sides we’ve played. That this division struggles to handle our style. Early defeat to Boro away, then Norwich, QPR, Forest and Bristol City suggest that we could be 5-18 points better off. We should be showing fewer defeats. So yes, some niavity.

We need to learn the importance of not losing.

Tonight was simply unlucky. We dominated, had more chances, played better football and made a good Bristol side look hopeless. We will miss Fleck but I cant see how anyone can think the bubble has burst after that performance.

Well our points total since Coutts' injury is putrid and now we have to play three games without Fleck as well.

No need for panic, perhaps, but not a cause for celebration either.

I am furious.

Threw away a great chance of win with Flecks Stupid challenge and threw away a point with Wilders Stupid substitutions.

We now have Preston away... tough..

Villa away.. very tough..

Sunderland at home without both our best midfielders.

Rotten night.

And we had eleven men in both those games.

Your point is therefore scuppered as soon as it’s made.

Great comments.

Frustrating last night, but putting things in perspective, last night hurt me nowhere 6 years of League One defeats.

We are miles ahead of where people thought we would be, and just need 38 points from 25 games for a play off place!
