Oxford ran all over Norwich in the opener,they did it by aggressive pressing all over the pitch and forcing the mistakes,which were plenty.They totally out muscled them and Norwich had no answer,they just threw the towel in,sit back and letting them play will be playing into their hands,proactive,not reactive is the way to go,get into them

Seriki if fit must be at least on the bench not sure Gilchrist can do 90 yet. Want Soutter to start, JSR for an hour and Brooks for 30mins would be my guess. 2 each is my prediction.

From what I understand, 15:00 games are not shown on Sky, including +, and neither on SUTV in the UK.

The only way to watch is find a non-UK country that doesn’t have a TV deal for the match and use that to access SUTV.

Everything is there now for a very very good championship side

I am patient enough to. Understand we will be patchy and that it all needs harnessing and moulding and sculpting together to do that but for me the man charged with that task went missing in action and the spotlight is on him now to start showing us something

That team looked unbalanced and lacked character and leadership when the chips were down and looked to him to take control and he didn't

So I'm hoping he rectify that today with some signs of what he is doing with them on the training pitch regardless of result I want to see a performance that makes me think we are getting somewhere

I personally think playing cooper will bea vast Improvement and not playing him last week cost us two points so even that would be a start
