One of the places?
Oh, right, I’m not on Facebook mate.Facebook group.

What sort of responses was he getting?
Fair play to him. He has every right to have a go back and isn't wrong about our support.
He shouldn’t be having a go at us all though Steve, I don’t mind if I’ve been out of order first but he’s called us all out and that’s why I called him a self entitled prick on here after his statement got put on here.I'd imagine in general it was 'that stadium announcer is shit' with a few personal attacks thrown in with words such as cunt and twat sprinkled on top.

He should learn to either ignore the attacks or attack those that give it him as before his response I didn’t think anything of him either way. Infact if anything I thought he was very upbeat but was a tad high pitched but that could’ve been the system.

If anyone is to blame it is Gary Sinclair, now I rate Gary as one of the best stadium announcers around but if he thinks it is in any way acceptable to miss crucial home games when he puts himself forward as this “massive blade” he can find himself another job. I book my holidays in June and July every year to avoid missing games and I am paying to be there, not being paid to be there.
To piss off playing golf (golf ffs!!) when we are at home in a crucial promotion game he lets himself and the club he purports to support down badly.
I’ve been critical of the vocal backing at times but this Saturday we gave it.. the players let us down.
Fair enough it was above average by our standards, but 'let us down' sounds a bit entitled, as if we've been great for them all season. They've given us far more than we could ask for, as I'm sure you'll agree.
When I was a lad there was an old bloke called Reg who used bring a roll of soggy newspaper to the game, one that he’d had his tripe n vinegar dinner in. He’d roll it up into a cone shape and use it like a megaphone to shout out the team changes. He’d got no teeth had Reg, but at half-time he’d bang out a few tunes using a comb and paper, for the half time entertainment.Luxury!
The only thing massive about Gazza is his ego.If anyone is to blame it is Gary Sinclair, now I rate Gary as one of the best stadium announcers around but if he thinks it is in any way acceptable to miss crucial home games when he puts himself forward as this “massive blade” he can find himself another job. I'm sure its either McCabe or Lundstram? So just to clarify, who’s responsible for Satdi’s defeat?
Wilder, Johnson, Henderson, Sinclair or the guy from Peak Radio?

I forgot about them two.I'm sure its either McCabe or Lundstram?
The bit of the MC work I think he got totally wrong yesterday was the announcing of the players.
It was done at 2.50pm BEFORE any of the players entered the pitch.
So when he went down the rollcall of the players, there was hardly a single cheer, it was pretty feeble.
I reckon that would have hurt him as it’s a public slap in the face.
It’s a bit like a dj getting excited announcing his selection of music but no one bothers to go on the dance floor.
If he had waited until 2.57pm, when the players were on the pitch, the player announcement would have been much better.
He seems to be on holiday for at least 2 home games every season. It really shouldn't be difficult to avoid that.
a lot of the time we can't make out a lot of what is said by Gary Sinclair, and when he inteviews someone it's impossible to hear what they're saying. That piece he did with Tony Folds (the old bloke behind the endcliffe park fly-past the other week) was just garbled muffles. Maybe the equipment is shite though.
