he was a quality player, is he still??? i guess none of us know, only time will tell, but he has his best chance to get back to what he was under this management team, if he buys into it and works hard maybe we will have a diamond on our hands

His best attributes were his shooting and strength ,not his pace or fitness ,obviously these help him but he has great ability and that combined with his strong mentality will see him through.

Why would I not want Ched to fire 30 goals in and secure us a play off spot? Weird.

Yes it is a hit weird hoping for that. Especially when you should know how utterly shite we are at play offs.

Personally, I'm hoping Ched finishes as 3rd top scorer at the Lane next season on 35 goals (behind Billy and Lavs who are both nudging 40 plus goals apiece) and United are promoted by February. Fuk all chance of it happening I admit, but that is my 'want' anyway. Perhaps chuck in Ched setting off a firework from his back garden in November which carries on a freak gust of wind, lands in Pigsborough, and burns it down. Thats my want for Ched next season.
