Just had an email to advertise the new website. Clicked on the “Visit” button to check it out.

Went to season ticket section and it says we haven’t renewed our tickets for the 2926/27 season. We have withing minutes of them being avaiable for renewal.

This happened a couple of seasons back when I tried to renew first day renewables was available it said seats unavailable. I contacted ticket office and was told they had been “sold”. I argued they were in the “privilege period” to renew but was told I’d have to wait for general sale.

I feckin stormed down to ticket office and eventually they said they’d have to inform the buyers an error had been made and arrange for me to pay. It took a few (very angry days) but it was sorted. I suspect someone knows someone int ticket office cause same people sit in our seats every cup game. We never get a sniff, they are gone as soon as ticket wesite opens!

Very desirable seats on a blind gangway up 5 rows so no one sat infront of us. Been asked by serval strangers if we are renewing.

I’d check your ST’s have been renewed if you’ve paid just in case. Probs a glitch in the new webpage but f**k me!

We had a similar problem.
There's this old annoying bloke sits in front of us, , above an exit gangway.
All other ST ticket holders around had asked ticket office to get him moved. They assured us it had been done. Then last week we all got letters apologising saying there'd been a cock up and he's been let back in.
