What’s the point?

These players are useless.

I’d defy anyone to get a tune out of them.

They are completely incapable of doing the basics of attacking or defending and with the exception of a couple, are the most pea-hearted bunch I’ve ever had the misfortune of supporting.

i would also go for cooper if we dispense with wilder but think he will be given at least 3 months next season but if were struggling i think hes gone

And that would be the worst of all worlds, let one bloke blow the budget and sack him in November giving a new man nothing to work with..

Cooper joined Forest when they were bottom of the Championship and they didn't splash loads of money til after they were promoted, so it's not beyond him to join a club that's a bit of a shambles and do a rebuild job.

We had all of Brewster, Osula and Slimane available on the bench who will be here next year who could have come on for the last 10-15 to gain experience, match fitness, whatever. With the game dead, he left the last sub window unused. He could have put any number of players on the bench instead of Norwood, Larouci or Holgate, none of whom will be here next year, as options to learn more about what we have going forward. He didn't. It is EXACTLY the same as what Hecky was doing at the end of the season last year in the dead rubbers, where he kept giving Sharp, Fleck, Stevens and others minutes for no reason whatsoever rather than learning something.

More to the point wasn't he given a multi year deal? Correct me if I'm wrong through but do we really imagine we'll be paying him off again?

I don't know I'm in a weird position. I'll accept getting rid of him and trying someone\thing new but I'm not exactly rocking on the floor in the fetal position if he stays

Not true...he could have given Osuala a chance to show if he might be the answer next season. Instead he played Archer who won't be here next season and can't hit a cows arse with a banjo.

He also continues to play a player who doesn't want to be here and can't defend anyway.

Wilder may not be the problem but is doing very little to help solve the problem
 
Wilder will know full well that the current players that he has to work with are cowardly, lacking in professional pride and downright useless in all departments. Before suggestions are made about him not being the right man for the job he should be given the opportunity to rebuild in the summer.

They were good enough in the championship.

They are simply not robust enough for 90m the prem

Fortunately that decision has been taken out of his hands. Didn't he get a red earlier in the season which would make this a two game ban?
 
Prince did it with Slav last time then didn’t back him in the transfer market. Wilder goes, can’t see new mgr getting lots of funds to change personnel and play different system. So I would stick with Wilder for next season at least.

Also u have to question Wilders judgement as he made the fucer captain too
