love the new kit, for some reason ive only like kits on alternate years. the black shoulders make it look better. whats even better the new kit is a 2nd day in a row where the ITK's have been proved to be talking absolute BS

Love the shirt, and if it didn't have the sponsorship on the back on the kids shirts then I'd order them for my two boys now. I can just about get over the sponsor at the front, but I'm just not comfortable having kids as walking billboards. Plenty of other clubs have no sponsor options on kids kits, but perhaps it's too much to ask for SUFC to offer the same. Shame really.

I think they only offer no sponsor shirts if theyre advertising something with an age restriction e.g. Beer, Gambling etc.

I prefer the black socks. The black on the shoulders goes well with the shorts and socks.

Fuck knows why they couldn't have just unveiled it at Bramall Lane by the way. Might have got a few actually turning up. If you're going to make an event of it at least do it properly.

I don't understand what's to whine about.

Last seasons....maybe as it was more or less white.

But on the whole, as fans who want red and white stripes that is generally what we get every season. It's just a little change to the edges every season.
So I will never hate a shirt based on what it looks like, but I might depending on if it's going to wash ok, fall to bits or fits like a tent.
It's proper red and white stripes, and this season has some black on it. I like black socks and shorts....as I did in the early Bassett era.
It's a good kit.

Will I buy it? Only if we go up....I won't have any shirt associated with failure, so needless to say it's been a long time since I got one! My lad will want one, so it'll be his annual Xmas present.

I'm white socks myself. Always think the kit looks better with white socks. Even more so now we have lots of black on the shirt... However... We reverted to white socks the first season back in this division, maybe change is welcome?

The famous yellow away shirts from the late 80s early 90s had very flimsy stick on badges that peeled off letter by letter.

Back to red and white with the splash of black we always moan about not having.
It won't satisfy everyone but it's what the masses asked for.

It's better than anything Le Coq or Macron brought out for us by a million miles.
In fairness to them they did us some nice kits but this just pisses allover them.

Looks rather smart the new kit, I like it. Maybe a smidge too much black on it but at least they changed the main sponsor to suit just a pitty it has DoorDeals on the back.

I don't like the new EFL numbers though. There was nothing wrong with the football leagues old logo and numbers etc.
