Just Heard on Radio Sheffield that Blades have parted company with their fitness coach Richard Hawkins.
Dean Riddle has come back to the Lane to replace Hawkins.
Riddle was Blades fitness coach under Neil Warnock and Kevin Blackwell

Pretty much all what the W Brom fans said about Flopson sadly came true, i'm happy to see the back of that regime. All that we need to do now is clear out most of the players he signed and replace them with young hungry up and coming stars.

Fitness such as this is changed over a longer period of times than a few days.

However a few simple training techniques can build up stamina quite easily within a month (All this coming from lard boy hye? haha)

I think the performances have upped their tempo because of somebody shouting at them if work load is let off.

It did look as though they were running for the ball much more than usual, Beattie too , perhaps for a quick fix so to speak, Blackwell had them workin on their vo2 levels in the gym for a week.
