QPR defended well. We did well to get a point, was a deserved result. Hard grind that one. Next…..
To be fair it was not so dissimilar to the game at home.

Forget the xG bollocks which has them marginally ahead, we were far more likely to score.

I'm afraid this is where xG falls down too. Chair and co hitting shots into the stand, slowly accumulating xG gives a completely false impression when Deng has to save from Billy, had one lobbed over his head that on another day would be a goal when he was put through ne v one, saved from Ndiaye when he slightly overran it. These was far more clear cut chances.

We've played 2 more away games than home right now too. So a couple of home wins vs Stoke and Hull can put us nicely ahead of 2 points per game.

Smug as they may be tonight, they have a pretty tough run coming up - Coventry (h), West Brom (h), Millwall (a), Norwich (a), Preston (h), Watford (h), Luton (a).

At the same time we have Stoke (h), Hull (h), Reading (a), Rotherham (a), Swansea (h), Boro (h), Millwall (a)

At present we've also played 2 more away matches than home.

I can see it being very close between the two.

Can't complain with just 20 games left really - 9 ahead of Blackburn, 11 on Watford, 12 on Boro, Millwall and Luton, 13 on Sunderland and West Brom, 14 on Preston and a whopping 15 on Norwich
