1. agree fee with clubIf SU and BFC have "agreed a fee", you would expect a bid to follow.
And for BFC to accept it.
Otherwise, what is the point of talking and agreeing?
Esp when a bid made and accepted pushes the deal that much closer, by forcing other interested clubs to "shit or get off the pot", something which is in the interests of both BFC and SUFC (and Maupay).

we appear to have stalled in and around 2. so it is perfectly feasible to presume that a fee has been agreed ? What consititues an actual bid, well could be 1. could be 3. if it's 1. then we're right, if it's 3. then you may be right. Great, move on.
