I remember seeing that yesterday, I assumed it was based off of suggestions people had heard on here because that often happens. Fair play to him, he was right.

I remember it from yesterday and just didn't want it to be true - even though it sounded like it might be.

And if we get more of the same again next year from Adkins ,I really don't see it changing ,how long do we give him ?
The turning point for me is not being hurt by defeat ,its not being particularly bothered and that's the stage I am at.

It's the stage I'll be at if we change another manager. Neither of us are alone.

It's the staggering indifference when we lose, nobody in interviews seems upset, it's all about how we were unlucky, played well, and all done with a maniac like grin adorning thier faces, no passion, not hurting, not upset they're still league one professionals, it's a river of shit cliche's every interview and nobody's hurting like the fans are...till that starts to change were going nowhere, it's like listening to flower people saying how it's all great, and don't bring each other down man... Its just a job to them, nothing in thier heart for us....no pride in us...

Not that I believe this. But why would Chris Wilder even join us at end of season anyway. Next season he will be in the same league where presumably he will be able to do no wrong. And after how they're going this season, will most likely be at least top half, maybe playoff contenders.

Compared to us.... I won't even begin
 
The Northampton job pays about 150-200k I bet.

The Sheffield United job pays 300-500k at this level.

What's the furthest he can go with Northampton? What's the furthest he can go with the Blades?

Let's face it, jobs don't usually come up because the previous incumbent has done a stellar job.

Difference is Deane has actually managed before - and didn't do too bad a job.

If we're out of contention for the Play offs and Adkins is gone, bearing in mind Deane is currently coaching here as well, what exactly do we have to lose?

i said from day one that this over positivism would in the end come across as patronising.. he would have gained a lot of mileage if he'd come out and said something along the lines of ' yeah i know it was crap.. i'm furious.. i have to try and keep positive though for these clowns in the shirts'.. his loyalty to the players has lost him the fans.. we're not stupid
