The longer the big deals drag on the more likely other clubs will jump in towards deadline day...

My thoughts...

McBurnie..... excellent. ( 👀 👍)

Maupay..... don't give a shit.

Duffy..... terrible.

FUCK MAN UTD. FUCK MAN UTD. FUCK MAN UTD.

We're scraping the goalkeeping barrel if we don't get Henderson. We might have to compromise and pay £1m loan fee.... late in the window.

Sawyers is good value but not the midfielder we need. He can't just be to replace Duffy, if we consider him surplus.

I’d rather that than watch Joe Hart in goal for us in 2019

If it's a choice between Heaton & Hart i'm in the Heaton camp. However you don't get to the top if you aren't a good keeper and Hart did that. He made some high profile mistakes in big games and has suffered for it. Call Dr Wilder to rejuvenate another career and we have a top keeper on our hands. Confidence and belief in some players is a big thing, even career defining, who better than Wilder to get Hart buzzing again.

CW: Ayup Sean, Chris Wilder here mate. Very interested in one of your keepers.
SD: Joe Hart?!?!?
CW: errr, no mate. Tom Heaton
SD: makes static noises with his lips sorry Chris, its a bad line. I’m hearing that you want our extremely valued, England international and premier league-title winning goalkeeper, Joe Hart.
CW: smacks self on head fuck me - even Man U wanting us to pay for them to keep De Gea was easier than this.

I’m on the fence about Hart, he’s obviously struggling since leaving City, but he had something about him once to win major trophies and earn 75 England caps.

At 32 there is still a chance Wilder could build up his confidence and get him back to his best. We could have a solid Premier League keeper for the next 5 years.

He wouldn’t be anyone’s first choice including Wilder’s, but unfortunately we all know that our budget means we’ll have to sometimes settle for second or third choice and take the odd gamble.

Wouldn't want us to go anywhere near Joe Hart and a bit sad that Duffy is on his way out.

The rest is good news though. It seemed like Maupay can't mind his mind by how long its all dragged on for.

How fucking dare Man Utd fuck us around like this when we're offering them the perfect development opportunity for their future number 1.

To be moving the goalposts because they CHOOSE to pay De Gea insane money is nothing but a piss take.

They're truly cancerous. May they rot for many more years.

Can anyone really see us signing both now Lys is here ? It would mean we have a player that cost 10m or more sat on the bench and a forward line of Maupay, McBurnie, Mousset, Robinson, Sharp and McGoldrick to choose from. Its McBurnie for me.

Play 'em all and goalie wag.

Lets see big ears dissect that.

Prior to the decline started under Guardiola he had won the golden glove 4 times in 5 years.

340 premier league appearances
39 champions league appearances
75 England caps
2 Premier league titles
1 FA cup
2 League cups
In premier league team of the season twice

It’s a fair enough argument that we might not be able to halt the decline and help raise his game again, but to claim he has always been shite is plain wrong.

Would love an update from RC...if there is something to update us on that is 😁

Potential developments?

Maupay turned us down for definite?
McBurnie all signed and sealed?
Ben Osbourne close to signing?
Candidates for the Prince's big name player?
3rd of August opponents?

UTMB 😁

Whats wrong with a good old fashion possibles v probables on the 3rd?

That’s how I see it too.
How can a player be a regular England international on massive wages playing for high profile clubs be described as crap?
If the money is right he might be the best option and I’d be prepared to give him a chance if he signed.

Update. Keep saying it but Osborn nearly done, few little things to tidy up and it’s done. Very confident McBurnie will be in early to mid next week, £17.5 million. Maupay seems dead as he cannot make up his mind and appears to want to wait and wait for what he considers better offers. Henderson being delayed by Man Utd’s demands, he’s signed a new contract on £50k a week and they want us to pay the full amount plus a £2 million loan fee. We’ve said we can pay the wages and that’s it. They’re trying to recoup some back for the big wages they’re now paying De Gea. We’ll go elsewhere otherwise with Joe Hart and Tom Heaton as top options. A top flight Dutch keeper will be coming in as no 2, not sure on name yet. Interest in Romaine Sawyers now it seems they’ll accept a low fee, though there’s one or two loan options been looked at for a midfielder. Friendly on 3rd August will be Stade Reims away.

I really feel I've proven myself by denouncing the athletic capabilities of a black player.....

Although it's the first time I've ever had to do it :D

He is under 6 ft though so is he even really black?
