Agreed. He appears to have zero plan B. Surely if you bring in these types of players, you need to have the courage and conviction to mix things up? I know it's a long season etc, but use the bench for God's sake man!
Said that last season, sets out with plan A if it doesn’t work he has no clue of how to change it or has a plan B. Just leaves it at plan A and really just hopes for the best.

Khadra was standing and just headed first/alone to dressing room when the whistle was blown.

3 top young talent from the premiership, tons of clubs after them on loan, somehow we managed to beat them all off to get their signatures and once we get them it’s fuck you your on the bench!!! Hecky is a brainless twat at times who has just cost us 2 points.

Yes, yes, I think when we're trying to see a game out we should bring on 5ft 6 attacking players who aren't know for their ability to hold onto the ball or tackle, or mark or defend and who have hardly played any football and are not very strong. Sounds like a plan.

Just don’t know why we signed these new lads and then don’t give them any game time but instead same old same old
Think the problem is if we play a striker (Sharp/Brewster) then Khadra and McAtee are competing with Berge and Ndiaye, arguably two of our best players. If we play Ndiaye as the striker then there's room for one of the others to start. Doyle on the other hand could come in for Norwood or Fleck I think. Other than than bringing Doyle in for Fleck or Norwood, we'd have to change the formation to fit em all in...

How is someone like Khadra, McAtee and doyle expected to do well when they come on for about 10 mins here and there and never start
All played in cup game and I would like to see them on today as well.

Maybe Hecky has one eye on Sunderland mid week, thats the only thing I can think of because his substitution (and lack of) were baffling!

Decent point that, I said 2-2 before the game, should have put a bet on!

We dominated the start of each half and then they improved and ended the better.

We look good when we get Iliman and Berge on the ball.

Norwood and Fleck provided a decent ‘screen’ today.

Lowe got better after a shocking start. RND ok at LCB but definitely need Clark back.

Brewster looked like a footballer. McBurnie didn’t 🤷🏻‍♂️

Alot of warranted frustration on here. And if Heck says a draw was a fair result, well that might be it for me. I work for a company that has bad management and lack of positive decision making is evident in both. 43 games of this to go?
