Still bewildered by the Fleck / Norwood thing, however credit where due…. Fleck played one of his best games in some time against Millwall…. So I do kind of see why he’s been given another run. With the youngsters breathing down his neck and chomping on the bench, it’s up to fleck to keep his performances up or he loses his place, simples.

As for Lowe….. I saw enough to like about him at Forest. In one of the pre season games (maybe Scunthorpe?) I thought he looked up for it, playing higher up the pitch and overlapping well.

Play in a disciplined manner and we don’t need to worry about Boro. Then we utilise the direct attitude that we had against Millwall…I think this formation and line up allows Berge and Ndiaye to make those runs into the box.

One thing for sure… can’t remember the last time that I saw a blades bench looking so strong. Bags of potential on it…..
