I used to have a season ticket before I started doing shifts, ive never thought about a membership card, how do they work and how much do they usually cost????
I think your loyalty points are attached to your customer number even if you've not got a season ticket or a membership card.
I've had a membership card for the last few years. I can't get to many games but I like the fact that they don't have to mail match tickets out to me, they can just activate my card for the match in question. It's a good idea though to take something along to the match that shows which seat you've booked.
They only add loyalty points if you are member when purchasing tickets, they don't add points for sales retrospectively when you obtain membership.I might invest in one, must have a fair few points on my customer number if they accumulate them?
You don't lose points you have previously accumulated when a ST holder or a member. So they don't add points from your customer number then???
Points are not valid unless you have a current ST or membership.
BooIf you want to buy an away match ticket using your loyalty points. You have to have a current Season Ticket or Membership. The points for that purchase will go on your customer number.
You can wait for away match ticket General Sale and buy a ticket without a current Season Ticket or Membership. The points for that purchase will go on your customer number.
If you cannot/do not have a Season Ticket or Membership for a particular year or years, your existing loyalty points live on your customer number, you don't lose them.
If you're not a Season Ticket holder (I'm not), Memberships are useful. They let you buy Away tickets with your loyalty points, without having to wait for General Sale. They also offer a discount per home game. And a free home game in due course. And the convenience of being able to "load" your Membership Card for home games, so you don't have to rely on the post or queue for collection.
You'll thank me for that clarification one day.
