How about organising a tifo display for the kop? I know a lot of them are crowd funded by the fans but surely they can't be that much? There are clubs all over Europe that have them like every other weekend. Even the skint ones. I don't care if it's trying to emulate or copy other fan cultures, i think they look brilliant. If anything they show a togetherness between fans and there's no better time to celebrate our club than right now as the op said. Maybe try and get something sorted for the derby. A silhouette of Wilder patting his chest with crossed scimitars behind him while everyone on the front row raises a giant Alan Knill beheading a squirrel.

This kind of thing. Obviously if it was done proper the yellow wall look shit in comparison. We did the poppy one a few years back to commemorate remembrance day so i don't see why we couldn't do another. Especially if it's crowd funded.

Hope everyones busy designing ? Think this is a great idea, a way for us to show Tufty our gratitude and will no doubt improve the atmosphere even more. I think a little s24su.com logo in the corner aswell. We used to have a few big flags back in the 90's but i think due to them not being fire retardant, h & s said no more.

Yeah, it's a good idea but I think it's an opportunity for fans that want to do this to plan it themselves and obviously liase with the club for safety reasons or whatever, but some kind of group with people chipping in, which also does other stuff to represent United perhaps, like other supporter groups of this kind do, sponsoring shirts and charity stuff. Don't think a petition and asking McCabe to buy it is the right way to go about it.

Maybe if someone knows anything about printers that could do such a thing, say a 10x6 foot custom flag, and get if costed so we know what we're talking for something that size and then go from there.

Or not. I don't know haha
