I just had to close my eyes and click, too many for me to choose from.

I ended up clicking 'socks too low', whilst it's less likely to cause death than drink driving it's still ridiculous behaviour. I just don't think that aping Steve Claridge is what a £20m man should do.

Before we signed him I pointed out his pop socks.

Totally unacceptable, and Wilder should put him straight.

HH

Had to go for drink driving coming from a man who also has a beard, lives near Leeds, wears skinny jeans, wore my socks right down in a previous rugby playing life, isn't French, has a Scottish grandparent and is also a big donkey who couldn't hit a barn door.

But I didn't go to Barnsley on Saturday!

Dressing head to foot in Gucci on insta.
Reminded me of the Daniella Westbrook Burberry pic.

Genuine question, I've only just heard about this and can't be bothered reading through the 20 page thread: Does anyone know if he was driving straight from the boozer/club? Or if it was a case of still having alcohol in his system the next morning?

All we know is that he was pulled on the way home from a night out in Wetherspoons.

Doesn't tell us how drunk he was or how much he'd had to drink. No idea if he was driving erratically or whether there was anything wrong with his car. Don't know whether police had been tipped off or whether they had spotted him coming out of the boozer and in to the car.

Basically he was somewhere between just over the limit and absolutely kettled after downing 10 jagers upside down with his top off on the pool table.

Wetherspoons?

Get rid now........

What a patronising, condescending thread. Cue the usual suspects, liking it......
Bigger Blades club.
Shoreham that's Blades for you mate got to have some poor sod to castigate, god 5 games started and written off, I'd love to see him come good to shut some up.

As others have pointed out, no one would care about his other shortcomings if he put the ball in the net a lot more frequently.

The vitriol may have been lessened, I grant you, but drink driving will always open someone up for abuse. Sharp, Wilder, Brian Deane, doesn't matter.

Can’t have been in ‘spoons, by the time I’ve returned from a piss ive normally sobered up.......
