Not quite sure why it would. They're both factored into the playoffs by default, and both factored into avoiding each other in the first round by default. Tonight's result, in terms of any of those odds, will do the square root of fuck all unless key players for them get injured and are out for the season

It's like a very poor man's Real Madrid (Boro) away at a very poor mans Athletico Madrid (Luton).

If Boro fire on all cylinders then Boro will win quite comfortably but Luton have this knack of stopping a team firing,
like they did against us, we were shockingly poor that day but you have to give credit to Luton who really did a number on us.
Luton could make this very uncomfortable for Boro tonight.

I predict a 1-1 but anything could happen really, that's why it's a good match.

A draw means Boro can't catch us and Luton would have to overcome a 12 goal difference in their last 2 games to overtake us if we lost every game. Basically a draw tonight would mean that the fat lady's just started to belt out the first line of the GCB.
