CW said he hopes to have one done this week in his latest interview. We must be close to one. Paper talk / sky etc seems to point to him. The fee will be undisclosed anyway.

Buy it and find out :)
(There’s no ‘agreement’ by the way)
Seriously Danny. Why would anyone buy it these days when it is published on line for free? I can imagine older people who aren't very media savvy, but after that I'm struggling?

I notice that QPR are keen to sell Luongo because he's in the last year of his contract. Would he be a decent shout for centre mid?

Whatever the initial fee, I bet the add-ons for if we stay up, and league position, will be fairly hefty.

This Jeep was at the Copthorne yesterday, custom car company in London (Chelsea Truck Co) at footballer prices. Could be Freeman ahead of medical?

Haha you’ve got to love this today, we go in £4m ‘rejected’, £3m ‘agreed’, now a tweet saying £6m ‘undecided’ and they apparently want £10m.

Listening to the Undr the Cosh podcasts would suggest Holloway can be a loose cannon, so I’m not ruling out this sequence of events !

Watch this space

What’s Holloway got to do with QPR these days?

Surely a QPR player wouldn't have Chelsea in massive letters on the back of his 4x4?

Pretty sure I've seen it around Sheffield before up in Broomhill. Remember wondering why we you would advertise owning a "Chelsea tractor".

Presuming that was the body shop/garage the person had the car at. Lot's of places in London have Chelsea in their name despite being in surrounding areas...Fulham, Hammersmith etc...could well be Freeman.

I will be very pleased with the arrival of Freeman however looking at his QPR highlight on You Tube reel I see him more as a threat to Fleck than Duffy.....I was also surprised that he appears to take very few free kicks!

Absolutely no right foot either.....another leftie

From the highlights I saw he took every free kick from the left?

Sorry, should have been clearer, I meant free kicks with a shot on goal....granted he took most and floated in a lovely ball....I just expected to see him taking more direct set pieces...maybe he does and they were not worthy of the highlight reel....!!!

As a footballer, I'm sure he can afford to buy a new cover for his spare tyre which doesn't have Chelsea written in big letters.

I'd be surprised if that was Freeman's car. Reading up on QPR forums he seems like a very modest and humble guy who travels to work on the tube etc. Doesn't quite fit his profile.

Assuming a sky reporter saw Nixon's "signing in 48 hr" piece in The Sun and thought "ah if Nixon says he's signing for them it must be true" so reported that a deal has been agreed claiming it's their own source. The West London paper reporting that the bid was rejected are probably right, seeing as the fee seems abit low for a player of his quality.

They're not that naive

I think you may be overthinking it a touch. Aside form anything, the West London paper said last night that they're in discussions with us. I suspect that a downpayment has been agreed, and now it's the clauses and top-ups that are being negotiated. Essentially I think the fee is done and terms with the player should be straightforward.

Another thing, newspapers are usually a day behind everything that's happening, so I wouldn't read too much into what the West London paper reported.
