Osborn have Lunny too much to do there. Had to of the best crossers in the prem to mark on his own.

So a hand ball and two blatant fouls in their box, now the offside?? Not happy.

No shame in conceding away to oneof the best sides in the world, but the real test is how we respond now

nice work Blades, never a penalty but looking decent.

Surely the pen (the actual pen) was a huge act of generosity from the football gods? Even if it was a pen by the letter of the law, which is debatable, it seemed to go against the spirit of things

Expecting the floodgates to open second half, never a penalty, about time we had some luck.

Shame but a good half nonetheless, especially considering the opposition.

Berge's looked like it could have been given but in fairness he didn't react like he thought it was IMHO.

No need to bleat on about Dean though. The question of his routes making him biased is embarrassing for someone in his position. And not seen much tonight to get aggrieved over.

Bad news! I'm almost through my weekends' supply of beer and we've only just got to half time.

Maybe so, and if I was a liverpool fan, I'd be pissed at that decision.

However, I don't think I'm being unfair by thinking we were certainly due another 2 that VAR hasn't taken a look at.

We were gifted a pen so on balance i can take not getting the other 50/50s, the push in the back of McB seemed nailed on like.

Good half that for us, hopefully gives the players confidence they can still mix it.

Ampadu has looked class too.

Their goal was onside. Shame as it came from nowhere.

Good 1st half. Good performances from Ramsdale, Baldock, Egan and Berger IMO. None of them are shirking though. Hope we can keep it up 2nd half.

I'd be fuming if the handball had been given against us.

Never been a foul on McBurnie.

Their goal was onside.

You may have an argument over the Berge incident.

Egan Osborn Stevens and Baldock playing well. Ampadu if he improves his passing looks like he could make DM his own. Need more from Brewster, the game is passing him by.

Unfortunately definitely on-side, Firminho was behind Mané.

We look good though, looking positive.

Only saw 1 replay, and he looked off to me. However I'm happy to be corrected

Well played Blades this half.

Up until their goal we’d had the better chances and have competed really well.
They’re always going to have the majority of the play, but we’ve made it difficult for them
Need to create more chances but stick the fkers away

If you’re elbows offside then if your fouled and your elbows inside the box penalty

Should have had at least 3 in 1st half, Liverpool delighted to be 1-1, we need to keep going at them 2nd half.

I think the foul on Berge should have been a penalty.

Penalties have been given for similar with the Robertson handball one.

TAA on McBurnie I don’t think was a foul.

The one we got was outside of the box.

Their goal was onside. Mane onside from the Henderson cross and Firmino is well behind Mane when he heads it.

looking good so far, had a few decent chances (McBurnie one on one and Osborn’s volley)

I'd be fuming if that handball were given against us. On the other hand I'd be fuming if all the other silly "handballs" so far this season had been given against us. Just goes to show that the new rule is just as unclear and arbitrary as the old one.

definitely a second penalty more than the first one. AND a hand ball...little disappointed with Brewster and feel he is a yard off the pace difficult decision for Wilder at half time....McBernie missed a sitter terrible finishing he wins the balls from high kicks but when he’s in the box he’s like bamby on ice
